Oh my god, you can buy a Chevy crate motor and just swap it into stuff? Why hasn't anybody thought of this before?

Chevy gets a lot of hate from some people but if you want cheap and reliable power you go with a Chevy. A lot of companies could learn a thing or two from them. You want die hard loyalty? Give the people what they want, tons of crate engines and damn good ones at that. The V-8 is the official soundtrack of 'Murica accompanied with eagle screeches and kickass guitar solos.
